The collector fetches factual information from a fixed list of approved sources: official government publications, open-licence data and organisers' own websites. It respects robots.txt, makes at most one request every 5 seconds per host and stops when a site returns 403 or 429. It never logs in, never bypasses access controls and does not collect personal data of private persons.
